Preferred World Suggestion

I would like to suggest that whenever a world gets turned into a preferred world that the experience buff be turned on for all characters under level 60. This way the players who were already there do not feel left out and it does not alienate people that created a character a few days before their world changed status. This is especially true when worlds swapped to preferred a few days after a sale.

This is making one of my friends feel like quitting since he feels that the 40 some hours he put into his first character since Friday is now wasted since that character does not have the bonus experience. He now does not feel like playing at all. Especially after no one even bothered to talk to him on his support ticket. All he got was an automated response.
