Daily Roulettes didn't reset

Hi. I logged in this morning to do my daily Duty Roulettes, however, they have not reset. It still shows that I have completed them, which I did last night, but they should have reset. Is this a bug? Thanks

Just to add, you can open up the timers window to see exactly when daily and weekly resets will happen.
