Please allow Blacklist to mute a blacklisted player's bard harp.
After an incident this week, I'd like to make a suggestion that the in-game Blacklist function also mutes that particular blacklisted person's harp sounds.
I or someone else in town would get 3 or 4 notes into a song before the SAME PERSON continually came and stood on them or us and spammed the same 3 notes super fast over and over. We'd move places, we'd teleport somewhere else in the city. Heck, we even moved cities all together and this person still followed and continued to do the same thing, and there was basically nothing we could do because blacklist doesn't mute their harp.
I don't want to mute everyone's harp, as I'd like to be able to listen to some random people in town or play along with a friend somewhere, but it'd be great to be able to mute the harp noise of specific harassers that can continue to play on top of you and others to purposely ruin performances with no way to quiet just that person.
