To sum this up in simple terms as it's my lady's computer doing this; As the title says there is a constant loud and annoying sound that occurs when playing the game also noticing a lag spike on the internet cable program, no it has not been changed recently, when it happens..not sure what else to say at the moment but any inputs or fixes to try would be helpful.
