Current status of housing decay

Hello! I read in patch 4.1 due to the NA hurricanes that housing decay had been put on hold. Is there a status update to this?

I'm afraid not. This is the last they've said on the matter:

For whatever reason they've not reactivated it/announced when they will be. Keep checking the launcher though, it's sure to be posted on there in the news area.

It feels like they might just be keeping it suspended until 4.2 when the new rules (whatever they may be) for purchasing a house take place.

Seem very likely. I'm EU so i might be bit sheltered from the situation in NA but have most areas recovered by now?

The recovery is...going. with Puerto Rico (a territory) still recovering, not sure how it'll go.

i know mainland is...pretty well recovered, but that's about all i know.
