UI Focus Target reset

Steps:
1. Login into the game after the maintenance, to raid.
2. When into o1s, target the boss, found that the my FT (HP,Status,cast bar) was back in the default position, compare to down towards my hot bar
3. After raid, i logged out, then logged back in and my Focus Target UI setting have been reset.
