Controller Movement Issues

As the title states while on a PS4, hear it happens on pc as well, holding the left trigger and casting or using skills tends to move forward and holding the right trigger tends to move the camera at times, this is a real hassle when trying to heal and i've yet to ever see this issue in the 4 years i've been playing. I know a few others in my FC have said the same thing so I know it's not my controller specifically (possibly the model).

I've searched around the net, found some about turning off auto run, didn't really seem to fix the problem. I need to know if anyone else has experienced this problem while using a controller? (pc, mac or ps4) If so did you ever fix it or it fix itself?
