[BRD] Question about Helms

I am not a BRD main and need help!

Which is the better helm? Genji Ebochi or Ivalice Fusiliers?

I am using the stat weights DEX = 1; CRIT = 0.3; DH = 0.18; DET = 0.16; and SKS = 0.08.

The Genji Ebochi comes out by 1 point. Is this correct? Or is the Genji Ebochi a bit better than the Fusiliers Mask?

FYI, I just kind of made up the stat weights.

Genji is going to automatically be better because of the extra DEX, not to mention it has more Crit than the Ivalice headpiece, and BRDs want to stack as much Crit as possible. Plus the Genji headpiece is current BiS for BRD.
