UI features for Rival Wings don't show up under "All" category.

Steps:
1. Enter Rival Wings
2. Go to HUD Layout
3. Notice that you can't see the "Rival Wings Team Info" or "Rival Wings Alliance List" or "Rival Wings Gauges" in "All" setting in HUD Layout. But you can see them under "Duty"

Expected results:

When you enter Rival Wings, these UI features would be under "All" as well
