Hey guys, so i started playing on NA but the 200 +/- ping is annoying sometimes so i decided to move to some EU server while i didn't get too far in game yet. I always pick most populated servers in MMOs because i like seeing the game world live and interacting with random people. Hope someone can help me, thanks!
The most populated are those with X marks which mean transfer or character creations are restricted.
I used to play in Ragnarok and I would say it has solid community, so I would recommend that place..

Ragnarok, Shiva, Odin, Moogle and Cerberus are all very close to each other when it comes to active characters. Shiva is the unofficial German server and Moogle is the unofficial French server, so you might encounter those languages more in the open world there.

I wouldn't say the restrictions on character creation tell the whole story because they change almost daily on European servers. Only worlds marked as Congested are permanently locked.
I recommend Ragnarok I have had no problem with the community on there. If you decide to move look me up and I will invite you to my FC. We do endgame events often as well as events just for fun.
I'm on shiva and while we do have a large german part, still plenty of english speaking players, dont forget a lot of germans also speak english.
Unfortunately a lot of french didnt get the message that they should be on moogle :P
Shiva is closed most of the time, only during the night slot does it seem to be open mostly
I'm on Moogle, and there's always plenty of people about. As for the server having a higher population of french speaking players, I don't really notice it. The downside is as mentioned; you're lucky if you get in. But I absolutely recommend it if you can. :)
