Can't access level 52 black mage quest

I can't access the level 52 job level quest for the Black Mage. Maybe I did something wrong with the registration or something went wrong. I believe I've completed the pre-requisite "Always Bet on Black" job quest for it.

You also have to complete the main story quests "Before The Dawn" which is the last MSQ before entering Heavensward Content.
After this you will get another level 50 Job quest "Black Books" as transition into the Heavensward Job quest story.
After this you can progress with your job quest up to level 60, when you get locked out again by the MSQ "The Far Edge Of Fate".
