Title list empty in window

Greetings!

I ran into trouble changing my title earlier today. I wanted to change my title after 4.15 launched for the pvp rewards, but it seemed my entire list of titles was empty for some reason. I relogged in the hopes it would load and only the "none" option loaded (as shown on the screenie). Only after using the /title set "" command did the list of titles properly load again.
