It's about time. 6 months was way to long.
100% Agree!
Dont celebrate too much the server could easily get locked again. Its open to transfers and new characters so you will get a influx of new people, get too many and the lock will return. Just some food for thought, but that aside gratz on having your server open again.
at least i got my transfer in before it gets locked :)
