why no p.crit rate/m.crit rate materia ?

Developer just said they have plans, we better believe it...

I don't think all effects should be gained through Materia. It gives more of a reason to seek out unique gear if that unique gear has unique stats on it.

Isn't the Physical Crit rate the Savage Might Materia?

There is such a thing as crit rate and crit potentcy/crit attack power. Savage Might and Sagacious Might are Critical Attack Power and Magic Critical Potency. Things like crit rate and magical crit rate on materia would be rather over powered by basically making it more likely for you to crit. (Unless, of course, it's in the single digits I suppose.) Crit Potency and Crit Attack power basically just cause better results when you do crit.

Most of the bows have crit rate+... don't see a problem adding a materia that can be attached to bow and adds 1-15 crit rate :/
