Feedback: More enmity control tools for Sam and Mnk

I posted this topic on other sites where FFXIV discussions frequently and here is what I have come up with.

Diversion is currently not enough enmity reduction for Samurai and Monk DPS, and we would like something that acts as an enmity cut. When compared to the other DPS classes, they all have their own and more enmity mitigation. For example, in the melee Ninja has access to Shadewalker and Diversion, Dragoon has Elusive Jump and Diversion. For DPS casters, they have access to Lucid Dreaming and Diversion. Finally, for ranged DPS, they have Tactician, Refresh, as well as Diversion.

When compared with the other DPS classes, Samurai and Monk specifically are lacking greatly in their personal enmity control tools. This becomes very apparent when there is a large gap in Ilvl between the tank and Sam/Mnk.
Unfortunately, with the amount of threat these classes generate, and the little mitigation they can do about it, Sam and Mnk have been regularly being excluded from High-end Parties in part due to their lack of enmity control.

It is a problem for the main tank to have to spam enmity combo in tank stance just to keep aggro, when we are trying to clear a duty with a specific enrage timer. In my experience even using Diversion on CD hasn't been enough to greatly reduce my enmity level.

I suggest a shorter recast on Diversion, as well as adding an enmity cut to the melee role action "Invigorate"
