Maidens Rhapsody Guide!

Hey guys!

In case you missed maidens rhapsody 2 years ago (like me) you'll probably want to do the event and get that awesome armor. Heres a guide on where and what to do to get started! Hope it helps you like it did me!

So unnecessary... the info they give in Lodestone is more than enough, and then just follow each step.

Maybe if we get an event that only gives vague clues as to what to do; but that almost never happens in this game. Guide's just aren't needed.

step 1 do the Fate

step 2 don't try to solo the Fate unless you're a healer, if you are a healer:

First FATE was very soloable as a samurai.

All of the FATEs involved are soloable as a Paladin. Good gear is highly recommended though, as is using your companion.

Something else I found is that the FATE format lets you stumble across different parts of the event story in progress, but it seems glitched - no blue marker on the map, and no option to level sync. I didn't know the event had started, just happened to be running the unlock quest for Wanderer's Palace, and came across the last battle for the event. You can hear all of Iroha's lines and you can join in the battle if you've got a class in the right level range, but there's nothing from the game to explain that it is part of a special event and you're not supposed to be here yet.

(Thankfully it didn't stop me from playing the quest normally later, but the initial quest marker didn't show up when I first warped to Limsa and I was a bit worried I'd broken it!)
