Disconnected from server every 30 minutes - Errors 90001 and 90002

Hi, it's been a month since I came back to the game since last year, and it has been a very frustrating experience so far.

Every 30 minutes (sometimes a minute or two later) I get a "Connection with the server was lost" error 90001 or 90002, most of the times I can get back into the game immediately, a few times I have to wait a minute until the character gets logged out.

Last week, after trying different things like opening ports and updating router's firmware and network port drivers, I created a support ticket on the Lodestone, had a chat with them, sent them some logs, and this morning I got this response:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer further troubleshooting steps for your issues with FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online.

I've read some posts in this forum that it might be ISP related, I even changed my ISP (not because of the game, I just went from 20 mbps to 150 mbps, had been waiting months for the coverage to reach my area and it finally happened, so that just happened to be two weeks) but it has been the same issue with both my previous ISP and the new one.

Is there something that I can do? As I mentioned before, it is really frustrating disconnecting every 30 minutes, it doesn't let me do endgame like Deltascape or Shinryu unless I'm keeping track of the time and even sometimes I cannot even go in as DRK my main, and have to go as dps since missing a tank for a minute is worst than missing a dps. I've caused wipes like that in normal dungeons runs because I forget to look at the time and then I'm in the middle of a big pull and then I'm disconnected and when I get back the other 3 guys are already dead.

Are you on a wired connection or wireless? I seemingly thing you may have a hardware issue but it could be still ISP linking into Squares servers.

Lol nothing is wrong with his hardware. Even in game I've seen multiple people complaining about lag and w/e else. I see multiple players disconnect when I do Rabanastre, I could list more but there's not much point. SE has some really serious server issues right now. And on top of that DDoS attacks aren't helping.

WTFast and Ping Zapper doesn't help ether with the disconnects. Using Google's dns and having your router port forward and reserving your ip address doesn't help ether. Until they fix these ddos attacks don't see it get better anytime soon.

I figured something was up. I very seldom disconnect or lag, last time I had this kind of issue was since Stormblood launched which was a well known problem due to overpop.

Always wired, wireless is only useful for phones, I hate computers over wifi. And I have tried both directly to modem and through router, and as I mentioned on the op, I changed ISPs just 2 weeks ago, and the problem was the same with both ISPs.

I actually downloaded the free-trial of WTFast this morning and have been with it all day, and it helped on nothing. It did improve my ping 30% tho, but I've never had ping related issues, only this 30 minutes game sessions that won't let me main tank.

Thanks for linking that, but my issue is not from 3 days ago, it's from 3 weeks ago, unless those ddos attacks have been going on for so long

On Nov 8 I started to get big lag spikes that occasionally involved a 90k disconnect and felt like it noticed a pattern so I started recording the time they occurred and it was every 28-29 minutes like clockwork. 3 of my 13 data points involved 90k disconnects. On the 13th lag spike and disconnect, when relogging I experienced a long wait at a loading screen then was disconnected with 10.1k or 101k something error (dont remember exactly), then after that my lag spikes went away for about a day and a half.

Today, Nov 10, I have regular lag spikes again, this time every 20 minutes like clockwork, same deal where some are just a minute of unresponsiveness and some are 90k disconnects.

Been like this for me for five days now playing on the Primal Data Center from Japan. Sometimes it doesn't kick me out of the game though, I just see my own Disconnecting symbol next to my character name and I can't send data to the server. If i'm in a duty, sometimes i can still see my party members attacking, but I can't start a melee combo. The GCD and animation start, but it doesn't do damage or start the combo. Other games are fine. I'm experiencing this issue from multiple PCs.
