Need ask about neck/bracelets/rings/earrings

Don't sure. DRG is same MNK/SAM's or tank's jewels....

Dragoon uses the same as samurai for damage. Strength is your main stat.

I'm assuming the OP is referring to materia. In that case then yes they use the same materia a samurai does.

What is the priority these days, is it still Direct Hit-Determination-Critical?

Skillspeed is mostly useless unless you want to squeeze in a GCD here and there. You want to have an ideal GCD of 2.44-2.47, anything else is overkill.
