Low stat macros – The lowest stat requirement macro.

No food macros – The lowest stat requirement macro that doesn’t require food/medicine.

Fast Macros – The quickest macro possible (Time/steps)

Chances are you won't be melding as insane as this. This post can give you a good idea on how you want to meld.
e.g. I want to be able to craft 2* stuff without food on my non-specialist crafters.

You can simply find the Non-specialist Lvl70/2* No food macro & look at the stat requirements. Then use ariyala to meld to those stats.

Meld Most Expensive > Least expensive (For me that's generally Control > CP > Craftsmanship)
