HUD/UI elements too small

Since 4.0 the boxes containing all of the NPC dialogue have been too small, making me (and many others) strain our eyes to be able to make out what's written there.
Before 4.1 this could be circunvented by right-clicking on the box and enlarge it to 110%, 120%, or 140%. For those of us using controllers it was possible to do the same using the virtual mouse.
After the 4.1 patch this option has been removed, leaving a lot of players not being able to enjoy the game since we can not properly read the dialogue. Despite many people reporting this problem, I have yet to hear anything from ANYONE about fixing this. The most I've gotten it a screenshot of a response to the same complaint from the japanese forums.

Please, just respond with something, anything, explaining why you would remove the option to resize the NPC-text boxes!

Sorry, SE does not check nor reply to these forums. Are you on PC? I've not bothered to check, but when I get back from the store, I will try to see if the option works for me or not.

Nevermind, I saw that you are on PS4. I'm on PC so I couldn't help, but instead of posting this, you should scroll down the forum, and maybe onto the next page, because there are already more than a few discussions of this
