battle voice bug?

just today ive had 3 times where i used battle voice and it went on cd but theres no buff nor animation played.

just me or anyone else too?

I dunno if you were trying to buff yourself only or not but I'm pretty sure it only affects party members so it won't have anything show for you...i think?

Really insane lag or packet loss would be my guess.

Not a massive range either so it's pretty easy to miss if your party is too spread out
