Question about server transfer incentives

So in-game masters weren't any help, they kept referring me to the forums, so I'll post here and ask. I'm wanting to transfer off Gilgamesh to one of the preferred worlds but I own a housing plot and I'm a little iffy about selling it to another player (trust issues). My question about it is with the whole reimbursement thing, how much exactly do they reimburse you for the plot. I know they give you the 3m, but do they give you the price you paid for the plot, or do they give you the original price when the plots first came out?

You're the seller of a house and YOU have trust issues? FYI, you have no physical deed that can be traded in any way. The buyer has to pay you in full in which then you can't send him a deed to the house. You must actually demo the house and relinquish the plot back to the game server after he pays you, in which, he has to pay again to purchase the plot. The buyer is the one who has all the reasons to have trust issues, however, in such cases where a player is legitimately ripped off, a GM may be able to step in (and they have) to resolve the problem, such as forcing the offending player to relinquish his land and giving it to the buyer, which may well include a temp ban on the player aswell, in which you are thrown in jail (YES there is a jail in this game)

You will get full price for the house. I'm hearing that it is the lowest figure that the original list price falls to. Small houses are like 3m. This is in addition to the 3 million that you also get for non transferable furnishings.

If you do apply for a transfer, demolish the house first, but DO NOT RELINQUISH! You will not get any compensation if you do this.

Thats what I was afraid of, that it was the lowest price of the plot. I was under the impression though that selling houses is against ToS though, and the whole trust issue thing was trusting that someone won't turn around and report me for what ever twisted reason they would have for doing it.

As long as you sell your house just to recover the gill you spend , and not to make a insane profit , you are fine .
That being said , just transfer and take the gill they offer you .

Well, for the buyer to report you, he then would be reporting himself so I doubt that ever happens.
