Casual static looking for Dragoon

We are looking for a replacement Dragoon for our static raid group.

V1s & V2s on farm, V3s getting back to farm (had to teach a new healer, almost cleared - only been a couple weeks). V4s in progression.

We are a PST guild raiding Mon/Wed evenings, 7-10PST. Pretty casual, but a lot of fun! Our FC is small but we are on pretty often, especially in the evenings, and are usually down to run things on off nights (24 mans, roulettes, etc)
