1. Open Actions menu
2. Select Class/ Job action tab
3. Scroll down Manipulation II (Weaver) is greayed out while Prudent Touch (Weaver) and all pre-lvk 65 skills are selectable and
4. Select Manipulation II (Weaver) and get the error message 'You have not learned this skill'.
5. Select Prudent Touch (Weaver) or any other pre-lvl 65 skill and get the error message 'This action can only be used while crafting'.
6. Log out
7. Wait 30 seconds and log back in.
8. Repeat steps 1-5
