Small Idea for Free Companies

With all the problems and issues people are having with plots on various servers, why not allow Free Companies to purchase,once they get to allied with the grand company they are affiliated with and build their first airship, to gain/buy a sky island, instanced for free company members or invites only, able to be expanded, need more gardens add a new smaller island, want more area, add another island. New fc members could get to the FC island by going to any airship landing in any city that has one.
