Deltascape V2.0 (Savage) Requirements not met

Hello,

For some reason I can't play the Deltascape V2.0 (Savage) High-End Duty and it just says "Following Requirements not met: Progress(See Raid Finder for Details)", but raid finder doesn't say anything and there are now quests in my journal, quest icons on any map, or anyone to talk to. I have already cleared V1.0 (Savage), but not V2.0. Google searches and asking friends has turned up no answers so I'm hoping someone here might.

You have not cleared floor 1 this week (after Tuesday)?

you have to clear each floor every week in order to progress. just because you did it once one week doesn't mean you get to skip it the next week. besides you need to run it again every week in order to get gear and/or pages to buy more gear.
