Are GC daily turn ins the same across all servers?

I could be completely wrong but I'm pretty sure they're not? I thought they were just random from a set of items per tier, I didn't even think two people of the same crafting level would get the same thing.

I'm not even sure they're the same for different people of the same level on the same server
