Very strange. My $12.99 was charged as $12.99.

My charge was also for Crysta, like yours.

call the cops you got ripped of big time

i use ultimate pay and pay for two account without being charge more then it said.

You are in the USA, no? Ultimate Pay and Click and Buy are both in Europe, you're charged a transaction fee when you pay stuff overseas, Click and Buy charges you the same thing, but they just charge it separately so you can see the fee on its own.
