Mudra Input Lag

So I had assumed the problem was latency but now I've confirmed with a member of my static--NIN mudras are having serious input lag.

Normally in firing off a mudra I quickly press, say jin -> chi -> ten in rapid succession to fire off huton, etc. Since yesterday evening (25/10/17) I'm unable to input these buttons with the same speed as previous. I'll get through jin -> chi and it will register that I've hit Ninjutsu before registering that I've hit ten. Sometimes it will ignore chi as well and just throw fuma shuriken.

Most concerning, sometimes it does *both*, registering fuma shuriken with ninjutsu and then raiton or katon or w/e I am actually trying to cast and double-firing mudras. When this happens I get both animations off and indicators that damage from both abilities has been done--which is really offputting as it's A. uncontrollable and B. unpredictable in when it's going to happen and ending up with katon on the way to a 3-button mudra I actually need has resulted in really unfortunate excess pulling of mobs.

This is hindering my DPS and my ability to support my party members (Suiton is a 3-button mudra and is thus most heavily affected, and Ten-Chi-Jin ninki gauge ability is just out the door entirely.)

Server is Balmung.

No ping or latency issues found via tracert or pinging aether's data center.

Did a full reinstall of the game.

Tried a fresh HUD layout.

Have run Defraggler + Ccleaner.

Problem persists. :(
