UI for Job Gauges and Scenario Guide Changes Upon Login

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Date & Time: Oct 24th 2017 (all day)
Frequency: Often
World name: Hyperion
Steps:
1. Have an existing or make a custom HUD layout that changes the default locations of Scenario Guide or any Job Gauges.
2. Save those changes and ensure that they are different from default settings.
3. Log off and log back on, eventually only those HUD elements will revert back to default. (no other HUD elemental is affected)

This has affected not only me but several other players reporting similar events.
