Using old dungeon content

I hope this gets read. I noticed that there is a lot of pressure with the community on the lack of new expert dungeon content and the fact that the number of them being released will be cut down to 1 per big patch? I think about all the dungeons we currently have and I seriously doubt they are being ran on a consistent basis.

An idea I had that’s been thrown around the community is: Reusing old dungeons, scaling up the damage but more specificall...
Scale the damage of enemies in a particular dungeon to the average party level of the party entering. Restrict it to where if a party wishes to take advantage of this feature they should be not more than 2 - 3 levels apart. For example a party of level 68-70 players enter a scaled up version of Brayflox Longstop, or whatever it’s called. Similar to when you enter that dungeon under normal circumstances.

The "big" patches are the even numbered ones, which there will be two in, the "small" patches are odd numbered ones. This last patch was an odd numbered one, so it just had Skalla. 4.0 was a big one and had two plus the end of the main scenario. We can expect that 4.2 will have two new expert dungeons.

I know that this doesn't go along with Expert Roulette, but regarding Main Scenario, can we update that and get some HW content mixed in there? It's the same 2, Castrum Meridium and The Praetorium. I guess everything else falls under 50/60 and Leveling Roulette, but I think that should change just a little. Not a big deal, but the Main Scenario Roulette is by far the most stagnant.

I also realize this isn't exactly applicable...but it would be nice to see Bahamut looped into roulette's.
