Can we please have Kugane theme orchestrion roll already?

How come it took forever to have Kugane theme orchestrion roll be added? it's been almost 4 months since the SB release.

And please, please don't make it another stupid hidden canal of uznair drop (like the Yanxian theme), or an ultra-rare dungeon drop (like the Shishui of the Violet Tide theme). It should be sth that we can just buy off an npc, just like Gridania, Limsa, or Uldah. Thanks!

The Kugane daytime theme actually is available in the game currently, but it is a Lost Canals of Uznair drop, if I'm not mistaken.

I figured it was already in the game but I didn't check. Town themes are in the npcs that sell race spec gear but I am not sure if there is one in Kugane.

Do you happen to know the name for Kugane daytheme orchestrion? I've searched the web everywhere didn't see it.
