My friend has been going through the MSQ for Stormblood but when they enter the Peaks they crash and when trying to enter Doma Castle they crash. Is there any ideas on how to fix it?

My friend has been going through the MSQ for Stormblood but when they enter the Peaks they crash and when trying to enter Doma Castle they crash. Is there any ideas on how to fix it?
It'd be helpful if they could post the specs of their machine (if on PC/Mac; else list PS4 or PS4 Pro), their server, character name, precise steps taken up to the crash, etc. so devs can take a look into the issue. There's a template in the sticky for this forum that they can follow.

1. Queue in to Doma Castle or Walking to the peaks
2. Immediate Crash
