Gm Fennratth & Gm Llyllpy Feedback!

I would just like to say thank you to Gm Fennratth & Gm Llyllpy (you helped me months back, you wouldn't remember me but i remember you!) for helping my girlfriend out and being so supportive and acting human! seriously The Gms in FF14 in my experience talk and act like humans as opposed to every customer service I've dealt with and this is what I and many people value the most! Keep up the good work! :D

I've always liked how they appear -- kind of like spooky wardens. I tried to Try On their outfit but it was blank on my character... :(

Most of the GMs I've encountered are incredibly nice and helpful. I do wonder how they come up with their names though.. I mean, are they playing German Scrabble or something?
