Can't log into one character, other is fine

So uh this is a weird problem. I can log on to one character in XIV just fine (an alt I don't use) but my main one I can't log in to at all, it it stays on the loading screen and gives a 90006 error. One or two times I managed to make it in game for a minute but I got the dc symbol and couldn't access my friends list or really do anything.

Now here's the weird part... they're on the same data center.

Anyway I'm at a loss for what to do, as far as I know nothing changed on my end and I can't imagine it's an internet issue or something if its just one character on the data center
