Feedback Regarding GM Rhinedynast

I still remember Rhinedynast, he get the second more important case I've reported (Mouriveha got the first one, sorry Rhine)
for what I read about him in forum and the way he reply feedback he looks a very nice person to have a convo.

I'd like to drop in here and add my .02 - I dealt with Rhinedynast tonight and he was both pleasant and straightforward. I know that I'm not going to know the outcome of the topic I reported, but I still feel reassured that he's going to do his best looking into it.
