[Suggestion] With regard to UI

Now that I've had time to re-arrange my UI do to the 4.1 UI changes, I have two suggestions to make

a) Allow players to see the numerical amount of HP a target has. Sure we can show the percent of the HP, but I like in other games to see what the actual HP is. Wiping on a target at 1% HP but not know how close that 1% is can be frustrating.

b) Show the progress duration number. Sometimes it's nice to know what the duration amount of the target's progress bar is.

I would be fine if these are just options to be turned on or off. but it gives players more information if they so wish for it.
