What kind of pants are those?

Heya, i already asked in the german forum but i hope you guys might know it better.
I found, while looking for some wedding gear, this old screenshot from 2015 and i want to know, what pants are those? Does anyone know?
One person already stated it is not found in the crafting book and i cant seem to find it on xivdb, but maybe someone here knows that?

They're just Striped Velveteen Slops dyed something dark. There's Striped Cotton Slops as well for brighter minor stripes.

all classes can wear them
