Timeline for 4.15

Out of curiosity, can anyone provide insight as to when (approximately) patch 4.15 would be expected to drop? I know 4.1 just came out, I just want to get started on the relic weapon lol, as I am sure a lot of you are as well.

Yeah. It's tied to Eureka which has been delayed until at least 4.2.

As for when 4.15 is due out? A safe estimate would be in around a month after 4.1 went live. That's usually when the second part of a content patch arrives.

Relic weapon isn't due until like early February at this point.

In the last live letter when presenting 4.1, they also mentioned some things that will be in 4.2, Eureka being one of them. Since the relic is tied with Eureka, it's safe to assume that relic will be 4.2.

Relics will come with 4.2, which should be released around mid February to early March. Patch 4.15 will be released around 45 days after 4.1 gets released.

around November, x.x5 are 1 month after main patch most time

Only if Eureka is already part of step 1.
I don't think that they will wait until 4.2 for relic and because of that my guess is step 1 will be around FATEs.
Or do you have source where they specielly mentioned the relics and not only Eureka?

Major patch cycle is every 3.5 months, so 4.2 should be late January by that metric.

They've been talking about the relic being tied to Eureka, ever since they first talked about it at fan fest.
A new relic quest chain would also be big enough for them to have in the 4.1 preview website, since those patch preview sites generally show the major features of an entire patch. In this case, the website showed the content for 4.11 (Ultimate Bahamut), and 4.15 (Rival Wings, Perform).

It's pretty safe to assume that the relic won't be starting until 4.2.
