Did not receive key for whisper mount

I quested all of the yo-kai minions, got the completion notice, but did not get the key to summon the Whisper mount. Is this a bug or is there something else I should do to get the mount? I can find nothing in game and Customer Support was remarkably unhelpful.

Should have searched the forum better. Apparently, I need to go to see Jonathas in Old Gridania. Makes sense, even if it is not intuitively obvious.

Did you go to the NPC in old gridania?

For future reference, all achievement rewards can be obtained from this NPC

Did you summon all minions? and talk with NPC in Gridania?

Talk to the dude in Saucer. Then talk to the achievement guy in Gridania.

The Active Help entry for achievements explains that rewards have to be claimed from Jonathas.

After unlocking the necessary achievement, you have to go to Old Gidania, and speak to NPC Jonathan..
You can easily reach him by warping to the Lancer Guild Aethernet and move toward the Apkallu Falls..
