Can the devs please double the poetics cap

We now have 2 routes of getting gear with poetics, the level 50 stuff from mor dhona and level 60 stuff from idylshire, yet still can only carry 2k of them.

Please fix, thanks. :)

This may sound like sarcasm but: what is keeping you from spending them when you hit cap?

Spend the tomes on gear, exchange the gear for company seals, spend the seals of something useful.

Well I like to have my poetics capped with my main before I get to 50/60 on alt classes. Sometimes I have a lot of time to tome grind between leveling, sometimes I don’t. (Leveling a dps can be a chore since I’m mostly a dungeon leveling type of player)

Having the cap increased to 4K would allow me to tome grind and then power level without needed to jump on my main to gear them out.

you realize you can buy the gear without being at that level?

I would sooner them double the amount we get.
between gearing my 50 level jobs.
I was using 50 level gear to level desynthesis skill
And gear my 60 jobs,
God for bid I wanted to go back and do an old relic.

I won't argue , going back to spend stuff every 2k is a bother. More would be nice. But they've been pretty stingy on raising tome caps.

I really wouldn't mind it if they raised the cap. We now have a lot more content that gives us poetics. Before, all those tomestones would spread across different tomestone types, but now those were removed and instead we get only the one type of it, with the same old cap.

Then im going to have 4000 poetics not doing anything.
