Recruit reward not received

Steps:
1. Jr Beau recruited a friend over a month ago whose in-game name is zoldox jr
2. Zoldox Jr was initially on 30 days free account on mac version
3. Zoldox Jr also bought pc version so his free account was extended to 60 days
4. Zoldox Jr bought 2 x 60 days game time card and both successfully activated
5. Therefore both of us believe we should be eligible for recruit rewards and should receive by now, but nothing was mailed to either of us, please advise, Thank you

There is some fine print that is often overlooked in the requirements:

* The recruitment code cannot be entered after a subscription has been established. Please be sure that the recruitment code is entered before then.

Time cards added count as subscription. If your friend entered your recruitment code during the free days from buying the full game but BEFORE he/she added the time cards, then both of you should have receive the rewards and you should contact support.

However, if your friend entered your recruitment code after the time cards were added, then you both would not receive the rewards because your friend is considered subscribed to the game and ineligible for recruit a friend rewards.
