Text commands don't work ??

Hello guys !

I have a little problem with some text commands.
When I write the ones for push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc... my character don't do anything.

So, I wondered if we need to learn them first in order to do that ? And if yes, where can we get these ?

Yes, you need to do 10 squadron dungeons to get the achievement and unlock them.
