Apartments with gardens.

So, on the hope that we might eventually get tiers of apartments, I'd really like to see them implement something that LoTRO did with their Gondorian housing ward. A middle area INSIDE THE HOUSE that used outdoor furnishing items. I think having tiers of apartments like this would help alleviate at least one of the problems people currently have with apartments and actually get SE to start making more outdoor furnishings again. Because let me tell you I remade my FC's front yard today and it was hell trying to make something unique. Though I can't exactly blame them either. Why make something only a fraction of even people using the housing/apartment systems will have?

Of course this would /have/ to come off the back of improved apartments AND improved server infrastructure, but I think it'd be a cool little addition all the same once everything else is sorted.
