Looks like you had time to run a Syrcus Tower before adding them, you sure they weren't offline?

no they weren't offline at the time I tried its been like that since the patch release friends on other servers were able to add me just fine today and we were in a cross server party at the time of me trying to add people..this picture was more of what it always shows me no options whats so ever

Is your blacklist full? I heard that may cause issues.

ah okie I'll look into that see if deleting some blacklist will fix it
