Drazilenoteb continues to present work that is thorough, understanding, patient, and swift. Beyond that, I wish more GMs would emulate what we see here where he's still covering his bases and not violating privacy rules in any way but still providing basic acknowledgement that what is reported definitely looks like something that warrants customer service action.
