Housing issue and possible solution?

So everyone is familiar with the housing issue and how there simply isn't enough houses for everyone to claim, one issue being the inability for FC's to get a medium, large or even a small plot.

The problem in Phoenix and other servers is that most medium and large plots were purchased by individuals. Most of them are empty. One large plot had trees covering the door and a greeting saying "¯\_(ツ)_/¯" which shows that these people have no intention of using the estate.

I heard there might be a new patch coming out in the future with more wards, but that isn't going to solve this problem. I think it would be better if some or even all medium and large plots were only available for FC's. People who utilize the estates for FC activities need them more than the ones who just use them for gardening and crafting.

I'd really appreciate it if you shared this and by doing so helped me with moving this thing forward, cause something needs to be done about this frustrating issue.
