Can old old obsolete glamour materials get an actual crafting recipe? (please?)

It would be nice (grand even) if certain glamour/housing materials, that are gated behind certain content that no one bothers to anymore, therefore is no longer available on the market in the quantities that they once were, would get recipes so we could have a secondary option to procure materials to use the recipes collecting digital dust in our crafting log.

Not all the materials, of course (or at least not right away (and "lore-logic" permitting) ). However, I'd say, for example, frosted glass or waterproof cotton don't exactly strike me as an ancient Allagan relic, especially considering the other types of materials we crafter-types are capable of making. I wouldn't think a specific variety of cotton would be out of the scope of our abilities.
