connection in game, gone from excellent from 2.0-this september. dropped to good.

my connection in the login lobby has been excellent since 2.0. suddenly after sept 3rd its dropped to good. permanently. savage freezes and hunts are invisible like im back on ps3. checked my isp, all the ps4pro troubleshooting SE gave me to do and nothing. finally called support and they wrote down the issues to give to the dev team "lol" but gave ne no actual support. anyone else have this problem. cause the game is becoming unplayable.
