Grievance known as super pulling

Gamemaster's this has been a very Rising problem tanks and they're super pools
Disciplinary actions need to be taken against these tanks who pull larger than a normal then the game intended for this is common in high-level Dungeons and it is even more common and lower level dungeons where a lot of the healers are DPS or not fully geared which is common with new players and a grievance not only for the healers but for the DPS who has to wait and extended long time and when the healer is unfortunate enough to get a super pulling tank the Healer leaves the party

Not only is this a grievance for the DPS but it is a grievance for the healers to in your terms of service you clearly state unfair playing practices and anything to make someone's gaming experience not enjoyable is a violation of terms of service please get the super pulling tanks under control by punishing them this is out of control and I am not the only healer that sees this or DPS and because it is a violation clearly under your guidelines of terms of service

The majority of parties 'Super pull'. How is it grieving DPS? It makes their job easier and more efficient.

Are you suggesting taking action against the majority of tanks? Because it's rare I see someone not mass pull. Or are you suggesting it should be okay for you to enforce your play-style on others, but when they do it to you it's harassment? Slow pulls may make their gaming experience not enjoyable. Why are you more important?

I will blindly report any healer or DPS not willing to mass pull, because my gaming experience is worth more than yours.

When you have a tank super pulling he does not ask the Healer he does not make prior arrangements to the Healer and the healer is not properly geared because he is leveling or she is leveling that is a grievance and then when the tank refuses to stop super pulling and the Healer leaves because he is forced to be with a super pulling take not only does the Healer suffer a 30-minute penalty because of the tanks activities and grievance but also the DPS when the dungeon resets because they have no healer

If the healer isn't able to keep up the tank will pull less. They want to complete the dungeon too, rather than spend an hour constantly pulling and wiping.

Sorry, but your argument is invalid. It is not against the ToS to play the game normally.

No my friend, that is simply a difference in game-play which is a valid reason to vote kick. And no. Saying 'I'm SUFFERING a 30-minute penalty because I CHOSE to leave an instance' is laughable at best.

Pulling multiple groups is an attempt to complete the dungeon faster by relying on higher-than-expected gear stats and player skill.

Doing this without confirming that your group actually has higher-than-expected stats and skill is unwise, but it's not griefing.

My understanding is that trying to force a speed run (super pull, whatever you want to call it) is indeed something GMs can punish people for. As is also said here, just trying to speed run without asking others is not necessarily bad enough to warrant the same action. Since you feel so strongly about this (and I don't blame you, frankly), you may wish to just start out your parties asking for them to pull the minimal amount at a time. There's even an auto-translate for "Let's take it slow." I'm confident they are not intending it be used for romance. So if you do that and then they try to force you to speed run or kick you from the party as a result of that alone, then that should be all we need to ensure GMs deal with them accordingly.

Personally, I usually tank and prefer minimal pulls myself. Why make it harder and more stressful than it needs to be, you know? But yeah, I get that others enjoy trying to optimize things to the best possible time and whatnot. (And also get that this usually results in things just taking way longer as they fail more often than not).

Big pulls are the norm, if the healer isn't happy, they can speak up. If the DPS aren't outputting enough damage, then a tank with half a brain will slow down and let them do single target rotations since it's not worth the effort to offer advice that is met with anger.

If the rest of the party want small pulls and the tank doesn't, you have three options-
1) deal with it
2) kick the tank and hope for a replacement that will inevitable prefer big pulls
3) become a tank
